Bugzilla Bug 170143

When the ebuild attempts to download the src for eclipse it ends up with a
~60mb file and errors out saying it is looking for a ~33mb file.  I have tired
additional mirrors with no luck.  Re-digesting the ebuild seems to work using
ebuild /usr/portage/dev-util/eclipse-sdk/eclipse-sdk-3.1.2-r3.ebuild digest

I have checked the archives at eclipse.org and it appears that the correct size
for the src dist is ~60 mb.

I would use a later version of eclipse however, phpEclipse will note work on
3.2.X.
