Since 6.6-r1 I am seeing this message when starting up gdb:
"warning: Refusing to load unowned/world writable gdbinit `.gdbinit'."

My ~/.gdbinit:
-rw------- 1 amd users 23174 20. veebr 14:27 /home/amd/.gdbinit

this has always been broken, i only added a warning message starting with
gdb-6.6-r1 ...

updated our patchset, this will be fixed in next gdb ebuild version
