Movie watcher rule always overrides other battery rules.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Movie Watcher rule always overrides all battery rules.

Expected Results:  
Movie Watcher rule should only override other battery rules if mplayer,xine,etc are open.

cpufreqd-2.1.1-r1.ebuild

New ebuild to patch the cpufreqd.conf file so the Movie Watcher rule only overrides the battery rules if mplayer, xine, etc. are open.

It should also be noted that 2.2.1 needs to be patched as well.
