Ack! Please don't.

nbd-server is failing after a certain indeterminant amount of time for me on:
x86
ppc

Symptoms:
1. Start nbd-server.
2. Start nbd-client. It successfully negotiates.
3. Wait, and you get: "Kernel call returned: Broken pipeClosing: que, sock, done"

1. Start nbd-server
2. Wait for a while. Maybe play with nbd-client. It'll take just a couple minutes or so.
3. Now try nbd-client. It stops at "Negotiation:"

Solution: Downgrade to 2.9.0. In the quarter hour or so I had to test this, it didn't fail.
