Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use gentoo on a sparc
2. emerge smokeping

Actual Results:  
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "net-analyzer/smokeping" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- net-analyzer/smokeping-2.0.9 (masked by: missing keyword)

Expected Results:  
compile and install cleanly.
