I don't see any problems off hand. I will see about doing some testing. It's a dep of fileupload-1.1 I believe. Which is only used by the manager app for uploading webapps to be deployed. The manager app has some other issues when compiled as 1.5. But otherwise works, and I doubt this would break it. If it does, I have been for warned :) It does not appear to be a dep for 6.0.x, and that should be release sometime in March. So likely moot wrt to 5.5.x at that point, unless there are issues with 6.0.x and people still need 5.5.x.

I run userpriv it seems so I did not get this. I think we should have some code to warn about .maven usage in build.xml.
