Bug 16808 – new ebuild for gnupod (for the iPod) with ebuilds for several perl modules

attached are the ebuilds for gnupod-0.27 (which i suggest goes in media-sound/,
but perhaps app-misc/ or app-pda/ would be better).  it required a couple perl
modules that didn't have ebuilds so those new ebuilds are attached too.

i'm on ppc but it's a perl prog so should run on everything.

This has been commited to portage with minor changes; perl moved and DEPEND 
was slightly incorrect.

attached to this bug is XML-Parser-2.03, while the latest version in portage
is 1.08-r1, which is marked stable.  is it possible to have the version bumped
and it marked unstable?  the ebuilds are essentially the same, with the possible
exceptions that the SRC_URI and HOMEPAGE in my version are a little more portable.

Sorry, by XML-Parser I mean XML-Simple.  the XML-Parser in portage is up-to-date,
while XML-Simple is lagging.  I am attaching an updated ChangeLog.
