Description:   Opened: 2007-02-20 08:07 0000
When using the speex use flag in games-fps/alephone-20061228, it is unable to
compile correctly with media-libs/speex-1.1.12. It "bails out" when trying to
compile microphone support for net gaming using the Speex format.

Short error log:

$ emerge -pv sdl-sound speex alephone
[ebuild R ] media-libs/sdl-sound-1.0.1-r1 USE="flac mikmod physfs speex
vorbis" 0 kB
[ebuild R ] media-libs/speex-1.1.12 USE="ogg sse -vorbis-psy" 723 kB
[ebuild U ] games-fps/alephone-20061228 [20060506-r1] USE="opengl speex
-lua" 0 kB

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the use flag speex to /etc/make.conf
2. emerge alephone

Actual Results:
It fails to find the necessary speex.h header file located under
/usr/include/speex/speex.h, so it is unable to compile.

Expected Results:
It should have been able to compile correctly.
