The same thing happens to me!

Same problem here...

It seems that there is a patch to the kexi build script which has not made its
way into portage yet. I haven't tested it, but it looks like it ight address
this issue.

The patch is dated the 23rd February, so this fix obviously did not make it
into the stable tarball, which was relased earlier.

I tried the above patch and can confirm kexi compiles just fine with the patch
applied.

same problem

i've exported LD_LIBRARY_PATH manually and get it worked, but still get an
error with kspread build:
