While I emerge crystalspace/crystalspace-1.0 the emerge freeze (loop ?) during the recalculation of lightmaps. The last lines of output : crystalspace.engine.notify: Recalculation of lightmaps forced. Initializing lighting (24 meshes). 0%....10%....20%....30%....40%....50%....60%....70%....80%....90%....100% Shining lights (0 lights). 0% Time taken: 0.0000 seconds. Caching lighting (24 meshes). 0%....10%....20%....30%....40%....50%....60%....70%....80%....90%....100% Cleaning up... And it is waiting (I have waited more than 1 hour with no change). I'm sorry for that. It did happen to me once, but I thought is just my messed system, and I have to kill cslight manually to let the process continuing ebuild. I repeated that and did not happen anymore. I think I will move that phase out, so you will have to do manually, but at least it does not stop the emerge phase
Yes. When I kill cslight when blocking, emerge continue without any problem. Thanks
Fixed in portage. Instruction to recompute are given during the emerge, but they are not more automatically done
