Description:   Opened: 2007-02-12 01:39 0000 
The current stable version of Specimen depends on media-libs/phat-0.4.0.  The
Specimen ebuild needs to check the installed version of libphat (the stable
version is 0.2.0).  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure the installed version of libphat is 0.2.0 
2. emerge specimen.
Actual Results:  
Failed emerge - complaints about undefined variables.


There is another outstanding bug in specimen itself which has been addressed by
a patch.
