sorry, no way. it should be soon removed from the tree. use kde-base/pykde please(|| dep if you really want that for x86 or remove ~amd64 keyword).
Does that mean that kde-base/pykde is (soon) going to depend on newer dev-python/PyQt? As long as it depends on =dev-python/PyQt-3.14.1-r2 it's broken on x86, which breaks (at least) kelogviewer (see bug #166328 and bug #164562).

The official bindings from KDE are really outdated and have issues on amd64 at least. Up to now nothing happened with the packages, so I dare believe keywording can be an alternative.
