Valgrind 3.2.0, which is the latest stable for x86 depends on versions of glibc
< 2.5.  Since 2.5 has been released as x86 this means that Valgrind cannot be
compiled.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Empty package.keywords and package.mask
2.emerge glibc
3.emerge valgrind

Actual Results:  
Warning that dependency cannot be satisfied

Expected Results:  
Valgrind gets compiled and added to system

Arch teams, I recommend stabilization of valgrind-3.2.1 on x86 and ppc64.
