Description:   Opened: 2007-02-06 21:58 0000 
While gnome-doc-utils is already in DEPEND, it is only there w/ USE=doc,
causing gnome-applets-2.16.2 to not compile w/ USE=-doc.  Moving
gnome-doc-utils outside the USE=doc conditional solves this bug.

There really doesn't seem to be any way around this dep... Fixed.
