Description:   Opened: 2003-02-28 08:31 0000
When I upgraded libpng from 1.0.x to 1.2.x, gqview could no longer view png
images. I removed the old libpng, removed all of the programs dependant on it,
installed the new libpng, and most apps except gqview (and gthumb) could view
png images - gqview could still not.

I noticed an error saying it could not find the png loader library, so I emerged
the latest gdk-pixbuf, that solved the problem. So does this mean that gqview
should list the newer gdk-pixbuf as a requirement (or should libpng)?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

2.
