Description:   Opened: 2007-02-05 12:30 0000 
Dear x86 arch-team-members, please mark this package stable so we can punt the
rather ancient version 1.2.7 from the tree.

For the ppc and amd64 arch-team-members: This package has been in the tree for
a long time already, it would therefore be nice to have this stable on your
arch as well. But feel free to say "no" and de-Cc yourself if you think it's
not appropiate. Thanks!

I get lots of 'ERROR:  did not find '}' at end of input node' messages with all
sorts of operations, starting with connecting with a database, selecting a
database, browsing a schema etc etc. Not stable on ppc unless somebody manages
to fix this.

I'd prefer to wait until a user actually asks for it, as I don't have the
necessary setup to actually test this (and it's quite some effort), plus the
errors mentioned in comment 2 don't look arch specific.
