Remove the S= line due to a slight change in the tarball and bumpity-bump

debootstrap-3.3.1 ebuild

Just removed the "S= ~~~" line.

The upstream source file changed internal structure since last version ; this
was causing build errors.

The package worked perfectly for me (tested on amd64).
