Please arches, stabilize sci-electronics/gnucap-0.35.

I have written a short recipe explaining how arch testers can verify that
gnucap works properly on their machine. You'll find it here :

sparc stable.
also nuked keywords from the snapshots otherwise users will never get the
final/upgrade.
