Description:   Opened: 2007-02-04 00:42 0000 
While trying to re-digest the package in summary for Manifest2 compliancy (see
GLEP44), the sources for the package are unfetchable on their original site.

For safety, I didn't rebuild the manifest.

ka0ttic is being retired.  i've updated metadata.xml.

i'd like to keep this in portage.  it's common to many distros and sources are
available from many places, eg.
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/d/dog/dog_1.7.orig.tar.gz
