<=dev-util/mono-tools-1.1.11 depends on <dev-dotnet/gecko-sharp-0.11 which was
removed as it depends on package.masked www-client/mozilla

Need a newer version stabilized urgently.

------- Comment #1 From Markus Meier 2007-01-27 15:21:54 0000 -------
x86 needs something like that stable:
dev-util/mono-tools-1.1.17-r1
dev-util/monodoc-1.1.18
dev-dotnet/gtkhtml-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gtk-sharp-2.10.0
dev-dotnet/gnome-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gnomevfs-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/art-sharp-2.16.0

there's bug 157679 for gtk-sharp and gnome-sharp.
I also hit something like bug 146774. marking stable the following two packages
stoped the up/downcycling for me.
dev-dotnet/gconf-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/glade-sharp-2.10.0

dev-util/mono-tools-1.1.17-r1 USE="-gtkhtml -seamonkey*"
1. emerges, please note:
QA Notice: USE Flag 'gtktml' not in IUSE for dev-util/mono-tools-1.1.17-r1
2. passes collision test
3. monodoc emerges with it

the following packages emerge and pass collision test:
dev-util/monodoc-1.1.18 USE="X"
dev-dotnet/gtkhtml-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gtk-sharp-2.10.0 USE="doc"
dev-dotnet/gnome-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gnomevfs-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/art-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gconf-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/glade-sharp-2.10.0

On amd64, should we mark dev-util/monodoc-1.1.18 too? I guess gtk-sharp-2.10 &
co aren't on the agenda yet?

Looks like that, stable versions didn't depends on this, the ~arch ones do...
:( I'd say 1.1.17-r1 (and whatever deps needed) is a good candidate; oh well
this has been sitting in the tree since October, bleh. :/

------- Comment #4 From Christian Faulhammer 2007-01-29 12:04:16 0000 -------
dev-util/mono-tools-1.1.17-r1
dev-util/monodoc-1.1.18
dev-dotnet/gconf-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/glade-sharp-2.10.0
dev-dotnet/gtkhtml-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gnome-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gnomevfs-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/art-sharp-2.16.0
dev-dotnet/gtk-sharp-2.10.0

stable on x86, and repoman complains loudly...

------- Comment #5 From Raphael Marichez 2007-02-10 21:26:03 0000 -------
Security team is waiting for amd64 and PPC (bug 135257), thanks

------- Comment #6 From Lars Weiler (RETIRED) 2007-02-11 04:23:02 0000 -------
I compiled these packages today, but had not time to commit yet. Sorry for the
delay.

------- Comment #7 From Jakub Moc (RETIRED) 2007-02-12 08:18:00 0000 -------
Stabled on ppc by pylon; amd64 please stabilize
=dev-util/mono{-tools,doc}-1.2.1 instead (see Bug 166463). Sigh.
