Bugzilla Bug 163574

While trying to emerge shelx I have an automake error at the beginning of
installation process. I attach the emerge log, the automake out and a suggested
patch

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge shelx

Created an attachment (id=108006) [edit]
shelx emerge log

Created an attachment (id=108008) [edit]
automake out

Created an attachment (id=108009) [edit]
a different patch for automake
