using the splash 'verbose' function from /usr/share/splashutils*/initrd.splash complains about nonexistant /bin/chvt when booting Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge splashutils 2.build an initrd with genkernel 3.boot the system with a linuxrc that uses the splash 'verbose' function. Actual Results: /bin/chvt, file or directory does not exist Expected Results: the software should have used 'busybox chvt 1' and changed from silent to verbose mode.
Fixed in CVS in 1.3-r2 and 1.3-r3.
