Bugzilla Bug 163542

When trying to compile toshiba-utils-2.0.1-r2 the compile fails with
"hotkey.c:89:19: error: asm/io.h: No such file or directory"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge toshiba-utils
2.watch the compile
3.see it fail

Actual Results:  
see build log attachment.

Expected Results:  
Compiled, installed and ran ideally :D

I cannot even compile this old never updated beast. Care to provide a patch for
this issue?
