Description:   Opened: 2007-01-24 00:00 0000
This is a request to make the building of the sequencer-related modules
optional.
I am going to attach a patch to the ebuild that works fine at least for me.

Portage 2.1.2-r2 (selinux/2005.1/x86/hardened, gcc-3.4.6, glibc-2.3.6-r5,

------- Comment #2 From Diego E. 'Flameeyes' Pettenò 2007-01-24 00:18:34 0000 -------
I was already planning this, but I wanted to make sure that alsa-lib wouldn't
break too many packages with midi disabled.
Plus, I'd like to get midi useflag enabled by default on profiles to retain the
previous behaviour.

------- Comment #3 From Diego E. 'Flameeyes' Pettenò 2007-01-30 00:33:41 0000 -------
In 1.0.14_rc2-r1 and 9999.
