this is ebuild for mcs, mono c# compiler, class library and some tools
recompiled from scratch using mcs shipped with mono.

yeah this was on my todo, i want this integrated in the mono ebuild (since it
covers the same stuff) -> See the FIXME in the ebuild ;)

Can you do that ?

I remember i tried before, but a few versions ago it was a mess to get right
(paths and sandbox and stuff).

well, i did that (embed mcs ebuild inside mono ebuild) and it worked for me,
so i'm putting it here.

the problem here is, it breaks for people who dont have mcs installed yet.

ok i have hacked a bit more at it, fixed me a patch and now it should work all
from scratch. Give the new r1 a try for me (preferrably on a system without
mono installed).

confirmed, worked great on box without mono installed.
