in portage is only nasm 0.98.34, current version is 0.98.35

Could someone else please handle this? 
I know I've committed nasm stuff in the past but so have others and I don't want to become 
the official maintainer. I barely have time for kde (and other stuff i maintain like lyx) as it is. So 
please assign it to someone else.

Renaming 
nasm-0.98.34-remove-doc-target.diff to nasm-0.98.35-remove-doc-target.diff
in files and renaming
nasm-0.98.34.ebuild to nasm-0.98.35.ebuild
generated a very nice build.

Assuming that the author didn't make some horrible coding error, I think this
is all that is required to proceed.

I know agriffis likes easy bugs. ;-)

I added ~x86 ebuilds for 0.98.35 and 0.98.36, thanks.
