Aiccu update. We dont need the ntp patch anymore. The bug was fixed upstream. Moreover this version is particulary important cause it solves a common bug that prevents a Gentoo box to connect successfully (at least verified by two sysadmins). Reproducible: Always

Make that three, the most important feature (AYIYA, IPv6 over UDP-Tunnel) seems to be completely hosed in this version. Upgrading to 2007.01.15 fixed it. Stefano, please bump the severity of this bug to 'major'
