  Version bump. Fixes bug #156228 and bug #154493.

So please test that you can't get coloured output any more with --nocolor and
that things using java5 use flag select vms correctly (probably these are still
~arch as they require this version of java-config). After we get this thing
stable, I will force it on all our users via our eclasses so that conditional
depends can always be used without extra depend on java-config.

Could someone please mark this stable on amd64 so that I can finally get
azureus-2.5 working properly on ppc. Thanks.
