Just copy the current, I've modified the patch so it will avoid strict aliasing
QA issues.

Heh... I've bumped nsis an hour ago! 
I've added the first chunk of your patch to mine and I've commited the new
patch.

Anyway, config.patch was not intended to be submitted upstream. Erasing
stripping options from makefiles is a Gentoo-specific solution to a
Gentoo-specific problem.
