Hi, here is a replacement ebuild which adds the "demo" USE flag, to
automatically install the shareware data file as
/usr/share/games/duke3d/DUKE3D.GRP

I've also added a "cvs" USE flag to grab from subversion, but the code in
subversion does not compile:

/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.1.1/../../../../i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld:
buildengine: No such file: File format not recognized

Reproducible: Always

Removes cvs USE flag. The first ebuild can be used to create duke3d-9999.ebuild
if desired.
