During emerge of sys-apps/tcb-1.0 the following messages appear:

 This combination is generally discouraged.  Try re-emerging the package:
 LDFLAGS='-Wl,-z,now' emerge tcb
LAZY usr/libexec/chkpwd/tcb_chkpwd

We are not fixing lazy bindings in ebuilds, see Bug 71609.
