Description:   Opened: 2007-01-10 20:13 0000 
The only fix present in this version is a strict-aliasing one, as -r12 was to
fix a problem with XMMS that, well, is no more a problem.

But please stable it so that a) we fix the strict-aliasing problem before the
new portage (with the new QA checks) enters stable, and b) arches were
strict-aliasing breakage is risky (ppc, sparc and others) are safe.
