Please get rid of that script as soon as possible so that no other dev is going
to use it again; it is known broken, and a package move (if it *has* to be
done) should always be done by an human, because automating it is nowhere near
being a decent idea.

Also, it is committing broken digests right now.

Thanks,
Diego

Any special reason why this bug needs to be cloned (beyond that the last one
hasn't progressed an inch further, as is pretty much a norm for QA bugs :P)?

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 152485 ***

Because the other is opened to devrel and this one to tools-portage?

Uh; just re-assign the original one then, WTH do we need two identical bugs? Oh
well, I'm probably dense or whatnot... must be a secr1t.

------- Comment #4 From Diego Pettenò 2007-01-10 18:22:01 0000 -------
They are two tasks, one is to remove it from gentoolkit-dev and the other to
remove it from the docs.

Now that we don't have to limit accesses to bugzilla, we can afford to have a
bug for issue rather than an aggregation of issues which people forget about.

First we need it removed from gentoolkit-dev (this bug), then it has to be
removed from the docs, bug #152485.

------- Comment #5 From Paul Varner 2007-01-10 21:19:26 0000 -------
gentoolkit-dev-0.2.6.2 added to the tree which removes epkgmove. However, in
order to completely kill it off, we need to either stablize
gentoolkit-dev-0.2.6.2 or remove the stable markings from gentoolkit-0.2.5.
Once we do that, we can remove the ebuilds that install epkgmove.

------- Comment #6 From Paul Varner 2007-01-10 21:35:28 0000 -------
Please stablize app-portage/gentoolkit-0.2.6.2. This version is the same as
gentoolkit-0.2.6.1 which was added on 25 Mar 2006 with the epkgmove utility
removed and the gensync utility deprecated. I am requesting this early so that
we can remove all ebuilds that install epkgmove. If an architecture does not
want a stable version of gentoolkit-dev, then please revoke the stable keyword
on gentoolkit-0.2.5

------- Comment #7 From Paul Varner 2007-01-10 22:49:46 0000 -------
Sorry for the bug spam. All references to gentoolkit in my previous comment
are supposed to be references to gentoolkit-dev.

Fix the broken digest please.

------- Comment #9 From Paul Varner 2007-01-11 04:28:53 0000 -------
Thanks, digest fixed even though I have no clue how it got broken.

Adding ppc-macos since I accidently left them off of the list of archs.
