Bugzilla Bug 160813

Was released a while ago. Need to test for API changes since 2.3.0, maybe it
won't need extra slot? Should support rhino-1.5 without the huge patch we have.
Also, optional jacl support should be possible, and a launcher could be
created:
"BSF provides a facility for running scripting languages itself. Simply running
java org.apache.bsf.Main will produce a help message, with instructions on how
to run these scripts."
