Fixed in CVS, thanks for reporting, I should have really tested that new
version.

Er... apparently, you didn't test the fix either. It's still broken, because
the cscope script you're trying to patch isn't in ${S}; it's in
${S}/contrib/webcscope. (Also, please properly quote path variables.)
