I have discussed this with Kloeri and we are moving it up  a few days. :)

Stable on Alpha.

I've marked the latest noscript stable as well as it contains a couple
interesting fixes.

Other arch teams are free to mark an older version stable however as that
version haven't been in the tree for the (normally) required 30 days yet.

Hey someone needs to touch use.local.desc to explain what on earth the new
"file-picker" USE flag is for. Can't believe this was left out, but other new
USE flags were explained. :D
