Bugzilla Bug 160012

The following ebuilds are found to have broken autotools handling, as they run
libtoolize directly (they never should, instead they should call eautoreconf in
autotools.eclass, read http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/qa/autofailure.xml for
more information):

./media-gfx/graphviz/graphviz-1.16-r1.ebuild:           aclocal && libtoolize
--copy --force && automake -a && autoconf || die "Failed  to
aclocal/libtoolize/automake/autoconf"
./media-gfx/graphviz/graphviz-1.16.ebuild:              aclocal && libtoolize
--copy --force && automake -a && autoconf || die "Failed  to
aclocal/libtoolize/automake/autoconf"
./media-gfx/graphviz/graphviz-2.2.ebuild:               aclocal && libtoolize
--copy --force && automake -a -c -f && autoconf || die "Failed    to
aclocal/libtoolize/automake/autoconf"

Please cleanup the ebuilds by asking for stable marking, removing obsolete
ebuilds with no relevant keywords, or porting the fixes in newer versions (if
presents) to properly handle autotools.

Those old versions only exist because of unstabled archs. When 2.12 is stable
everywhere they can be removed and this bug closed.

mips: Please mark 2.12 stable 
ppc-macos: Please mark 2.12 stable or do your prefix magic.

ppc-macos moved to prefix.

Just punt <media-gfx/graphviz-2.8-r2, nothing needs it.
