Description:   Opened: 2007-01-04 02:10 0000 
Not much to say about this, please just add a reload function so that a restart
is not needed to apply changes. The only precaution that's listed in spamd's
manpage is to use -r option, but that's already done.

The attached patch adds the reload function to the init.d.
