Please bump ebuild revision for ntfs3g to 0.20061218.

This release most importantly fixes an issue where write performance was
terribly slow with large (>200M) files, rendering the driver almost useless for
e.g. USB drives.

20061218 does not have that issue AFAICS.

Compile-tested and WORKSFORME-tested on ~x86, Athlon XP, fuse 2.6.1, kernel
2.6.17.14 with a simple ebuild bump.
