Let us stabilise another (better?) CD/DVD burning application.  All added
arches already solved the cmake-dependency and cdrkit-1.0 is in portage for
four weeks now.  So, just do it!

And just did it on ppc.

amd64 done.. sorry for the delay...

I've added alpha to this, mostly so I know it's here.  I get a segfault on
cmake when trying to build this, so I'm not sure if cmake really is "stable"
material.  I'll be investigating this more in the next few days.

Stable on IA64.

Lars: Alpha still is having trouble with cmake.  Can we make cdrkit the default
for everything and set cdrtools to the default for Alpha?

Since Alpha won't be switching due to bug #155307 (cmake is b0rked on alpha), I
am removing the snapshot tracker from this bug.

I'm fine with that.

But make sure that alpha and any other arch, which don't have cdrkit
stabilised/tested yet, should not include cdrtools on one of our release-media.
 The license of the current stable cdrtools won't allow that.  But we can still
build or media with that version of cdrtools.
