Bug 158728 – dhcpcd-3.0.7 has a broken arp check

I installed the latest dhcpcd-3.0.7 compiled with distcc
It's being weird to say the least, I'm not sure how to explain it.
I compiled dhcpcd-3.0.6 after noticing this weirdness with distcc on also, and it works fine.
Compiled dhcpcd-3.0.7 without distcc and it works fine.

I'll attach the log portions, and emerge --info

plz forgive me if i shouldn't have set CC to uberlord, i know he maintains it though.

the first two are obviously broken
the last one, is showing that 3.0.6 was fine.

Fix arp checking

I think the arp check is slightly broken - try this patch.

OK, it works just fine with or without distcc.

Fixed in dhcpcd-3.0.8
