Description:   Opened: 2006-12-19 16:06 0000 
I am currently using ndiswrapper 1.31, but it is not currently in portage.  The
highest version listed in portage is 1.3, while the highest version from
ndiswrapper's website is 1.31 with 1.32 in testing.  Is this not in portage for
a reason?

There is. I don't get paid to do this so I don't always have the time to
immediately bump packages. I recently bought a new machine so setting that up
has taken most of my free time. Hopefully will get this bumped soon.
