On 2. Dez xmltv 0.5.45 was released. It will be very nice to see it in gentoo.

I have it in my system, testing, but this version will introduce 2 new 
local use flags so I'm delaying a bit (as surely this will make someone 
else unhappy), sorry, please have patience.
