I think the topic says everything. It would be nice if that version was put
into portage since I could use it for my updates of the wesnoth man pages.
(Okay, I could remove it from portage and compile it in manually but since
there is already an ebuild it would be nice if it was updated.

ebuild for po4a-0.29

For creating the ebuild I did just remove the stuff regarding the patch for
0.25-1 and renamed the file itself to use the correct version number. Tested on
~x86, works as expected.
