The ccid makefile has an option for installing a serial driver for the twin
hardware.  However, the ebuild does not provide this option.

I have added a ccidtwin use flag and

I have attached a patch to the ccid-1.0.1-r1 ebuild, adding a ccidtwin use
flag.  It works correctly for the x86 (the only architecture on which I tested.
