app-text/docbook-xsl-stylesheets-1.70.1 has been in the tree for quite a while.
Please consider stabilizing

Excerpt from mail correspondence with Leonardo Boshell:

"The status is that it's been in testing phase for a while and there
aren't any bugs about it, so it could be marked stable without a
problem. Feel free to open a stable request bug and assign it to
text-markup@g.o."

I hope this is enough to start stabilizing this.
