kde-misc/kbfx-0.4.9.2_pre4 version bump

Hi all there...
Here is another release of KBFX - the 0.4.9.2rc4 release. A really bad bug
connected to the search function has been fixed in it (thanks to @gropiuskalle
for the bug report). Some other small and not visible improvements are done
too....
Here is the changelog:

- CHANGED some aspects of autoconf/automake behaviour
- CHANGED "Toolbar Resize" behaviour - turned off by default so kicker doesn't
change its size anymore
- ADDED support for Mandriva 2007 compilation (no menudrake there by default)
- FIXED Searchbar behaviour (thanks @gropiuskalle)
- FIXED some minor bugs
