Description:   Opened: 2006-12-06 23:49 0000 
I tried to contact the author of the program, but doesn't seem to get any
response, and since this isn't integrated into Xorg (yet), it would be nice to
have the support here. (This does not apply for the 830M chip as it doesn't
have integrated graphics support)

The ebuild description should also be updated to

Utility to patch VBIOS of Intel 830/845/852/855/865/910/915/945 chipsets
