Hello.

Here's an ebuild for the phalanx chess engine. The engine seems to be easier to
set up for a beginner to intermediate player (like me) than the other engines.

I just put a link to a sourceforge mirror as the download url. I didn't find
any doc or eclass that would have told otherwise. Someone fix this, if needed.

Also the version number wasn't trivial: the "official" version number is XXII,
which I interpreted as 22.
