The patch in the summary shows a warning every time a mail is removed on the server. It would be nice if this was changed, since I know have to press yes several times each morning since a cron job on the server has removed mails from several mailing list folders.

I've modified the patch like the KDE bug report recommends.  Hopefully that clears up the issue (after a re-emerge of kmail).
